Biography

Caleb Wilson is a UK based freelance musician, graduating from The Academy of Contemporary Music with a BMus(hons) degree in Professional Music Performance in 2017.  Caleb was raised in a gospel church and now regularly plays bass for various churches, conferences and events around the UK. ​

He has studied under top UK bass players such as Paul Turner (Jamiroquai) and Paul Geary (Dire Straits, George Michael, Simply Red, Nik Kershaw, Mary J. Blige and WestLife …).  He has worked with Brian Henry (Omar, Soul II Soul, Incognito, Chakka Khan, The Brand New Heavies), recorded for Incognito’s Chris Ballin and is featured in Scott Devine’s Bass Lessons.

​He was the resident ACM Odeon House Band Bassist and has been MD and recorded for various originals projects. Highlights include recording and filming with Idris Elba for his debut film as Director (YARDIE), BBC’s Snow Queen and 2014 Britain’s Got Talent’s Henrietta Adewole who has also done backing vocals for Rod Stewart, John Newman, BLONDE and Kwabs.

He is currently working with SHOR.
