Biography

Fraser is a baritone hailing from Hamilton, South Lanarkshire in his first year at the Alexander Gibson Opera School under the tutelage of Scott Johnson and Andrew McTaggart. Fraser is a previous graduate of Edinburgh Napier University and recently graduated from the BMus Vocal Studies course at RCS. While at the RCS Fraser won second place both at the Molly Robb prize for Young singers (2022) and the Tony and Tania Webster Russian song prize (2023). Fraser was recently an Associate Artist at Nevill Holt Opera for the 2023 season and was a member of the chorus of La Cenerentola. He was also a Young Artist at Waterperry Opera Festival this season and was a member of the chorus for Carmen as well as performing in their Young Artist Gala.
